Delete your data
Dog Kennel Simulator has no accounts. Your game progress lives on your phone, and a small amount of data is handled by our analytics and advertising partners.
1. Delete the data on your phone
For now, your game save — your kennel, dogs, in-game currency and settings — is stored only on your device. It isn't uploaded to us.
To delete it, uninstall the game, or clear its data in your phone's settings. Because the save never reaches us, we can't restore it afterwards.
2. Ask us to delete partner data
We don't store your personal data on our own servers. Anonymous gameplay analytics and crash reports are collected through Google Firebase, and our advertising partners collect device data to serve ads.
To ask for this data to be deleted, email us with the subject DKS data deletion request. We will forward your request to the relevant partners and help where we can.

3. Limit data from now on
- On first launch the game asks for your consent to personalised ads and analytics. If you decline, analytics stay off and ads are non-personalised. You can change your choice later with Privacy Settings in the game menu.
- You can reset your Advertising ID, or opt out of ad personalisation, in your phone's settings (for example Settings → Google → Ads).
How long data is kept
Analytics event data in Firebase is kept for up to 14 months. Data held by our advertising and platform partners is kept according to their own policies.
